How to perform file backups when moving to Windows 7
Figure 1: From the Main Console, choose "File Backup"
Figure 2: Click "New File Backup", and create a name for your backup
Figure 3: Select the files you want to backup
(by file type or individually)
Figure 4: Enter or select a location where you want the backup image to be saved
Figure 5: Choose whether or not you want your backup to be scheduled
Figure 6: Backup job has been completed successfully!
Recovering files backed up from a previous system
Figure 7: From the Main Console, select the "Restore" tab, and choose "Restore Files"
Figure 8: Select a File Backup Image containing the files and folders you wish to restore
Figure 9: Note date of files you wish to restore and choose file destination
