Li, Tzung-han, Managing Technical Editor, iThome: Use Toshiba laptop Tecra R840 to test SyncBee. In CrystalDiskMark test, SyncBee in USB 3.0 mode , read and write speed is 105.9MB/s and 104.7MB/s respectively in sequential access; and in USB 2.0 mode, the speed is 32.77MB/s and 23.09MB/s respectively; the speed of R840 local hard drive is 87.07MB/s and 86.76MB/s respectively . And in HD Tune test, SyncBee´s average read and write speed in USB 3.0 mode is 81.9MB/s; and in USB 2.0, the average speed is 29.1MB/s; R840 loacl hard drive´s average speed is 66.7MB/s. Obviously, use SyncBee in USB 3.0 mode, the speed is faster than use USB 2.0 and local SATA hard drive with the same capacity. Read the review

When I plug SyncBee™ in computer, it does not run. What I can do to run SyncBee™?
Please do the following:
a. Make sure you plug SyncBee™ USB Key in properly.
b. Enter "My Computer" to double click SyncBee™ icon to run it.
What if there is not enough space to backup selected files?
we suggest you to set options again to reduce files to backup, or you can buy another SyncBee™ with larger capacity to backup your files.
How can I restore my files to another folder?
When you click restore on the main console, you will enter restore interface. There, you can choose restore files to original location, new desktop folder or another folder.
How long does it take to backup/restore files using SyncBee™ USB Key?
It depends on the amount of data your want to backup or restore. However, SyncBee™'s unique technology minimizes the amount of time it takes to backup files.
I have set password to SyncBee™, but now I want to change password, how can I do it?
After entering the main console, click this icon
again, then click change password to reset password.
Why I can not see my backups in the backup data folder?
Because you have set password for SyncBee™. You run SyncBee™ and input correct password to enter main console. Now, you can see you backups.
I have more than one computer, can I use just one SyncBee™ to backup and sync?
SyncBee™ can backup and sync as many computers as you like, you are just limited by the free space of your SyncBee™. SyncBee™ will identify each computer with special way, regardless of computer name, so it can be used in different computers.
