New Channel Bundle for FarStone DriveClone

Seagate Barracuda drives bundled with FarStone’s DriveClone™ 3 backup / recovery and cloning software

IRVINE, CA — March 21, 2007 — FarStone Technology announced the availability of a new channel bundle in the Asia-Pacific region with Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX). The bundle features the Seagate Barracuda hard drives with FarStone’s DriveClone 3 software. Based on a successful history of product bundles between the two companies, FarStone’s DriveClone 3 for backup and recovery will be included with regular purchases of the Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 hard disc, 320GB and larger through distribution beginning in Australia and New Zealand.

FarStone’s existing relationship with Seagate includes promotions from 2006 which included a bundle of FarStone’s RestoreIT 7� Pro disaster recovery software with Seagate’s SATA and IDE hard drives of 250GB size or larger. The past and current promotions specifically target users who need higher capacity hard drives.
