DriveClone Pro 6 clones entire drives and partitions. This feature allows you to quickly upgrade your system with a larger hard drive or transfer all information on a partition to a larger partition.

Cloning is used for complete data transfer, and should not be confused with hard drive imaging, which is a backup and recovery function. Any cloning operation will overwrite the existing data on a destination drive or partition.

Cloning a Drive

1. Click the left navigation Clone button. In the screen area, select Clone Drive.
2. Select a source disk (the drive you are copying) and a destination disk (the drive you are copying to).
3. Confirm your selections and click Clone Now to begin the cloning process.

Select Clone Drive or Clone Partition to start the cloning process.

Cloning a Partition

1. In the screen area, select Clone Drive.
2. Select a source partition and a destination partition.
3. You can manually resize a destination partition or have DriveClone Pro do this for you automatically.
4. Confirm your selections and click Clone Now to begin the cloning process.
