I can not view all of the disc files in each CD tower after installing plug-in Client Module.

Since you are in the Client Module, the administrator may not have assigned access to the CD Tower or disc files that you are trying to view. Be sure to check if you have been assigned access by the administrator.

If you enabled UAC (User Account Control), double-click the shortcut of plug-in (Client) on the desktop to access TreasureStone.

If you enabled Enhanced Security Mode of Windows2003, add IP address of TreasureStone VirtualDrive DVD Server into Trusted Sites List.

Why can not I download a file that is larger than 4 GB?

Because of the limitations of Internet Explorer, install the Client and then mount the file needed to the emulated virtual drive.

Can I have multiple Administrators for one TreasureStone unit?

Yes. However, it is recommended to have one Administrator for maximum performance.

How can I format the hard disk of TreasureStone, or rebuild RAID volume?

These operations are not recommended since either may lead to data loss of the hard disk, and require reconfiguration of TreasureStone. However, if need be, follow these steps:

a. Switch to the sub server

b. Login with the administrator account and click D-Link Settings.

c. When D-link screen displays, select Advanced->RAID.
