Please register your FarStone software to be eligible for FREE product updates, huge discounts for product upgrades, and to receive FREE technical support.


Our Support Ticket form is our primary means of offering technical assistance. We will reply to your support request in 1 - 5 business days, according to the following criteria:
  • Customers who have registered their product with a valid serial number will receive priority support within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Users who do not have a serial number and are evaluating software or have general product inquiries will receive a response in 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that while a serial number is not required to use the Support Ticket form, you must register your product to obtain a Registration ID. Please keep a record of your Registered ID for future reference.
